This journey began during the

lockdown of 2020. Stuck at home

with no job, I decided to turn the

kitchen into a Lab of culinary

madscience. Start’n with sweets,

Cosmic Fudge, Figgy Space Bars,

Galactic Brownies.

It was semi-successful, Selling

to local cafes and grocery stores in

the hood. But realizing I needed to

scale up in order to carve out a

proper chunk of the market would

require more capital than I had

access to,

So I dashed back to the Lab…

I started focusing on savory finger

foods, did some pop-ups and a few

caterings, experimenting with dishes

and spices from the diaspora until,

inevitably circle’n back to my peoples

cuisine.

This is how and why I do what I

do, because this food-medicine is

from the past, present & with any

luck everyone’s future...
